About
​​​​Anna Noctuelle is a highly experienced and versatile Shibari practitioner with nearly 20 years of dedication to the practice. What began as a personal exploration has grown into a multifaceted role that includes teaching, modelling, and performing in rope communities across the World since 2016. With a background in classical dance, authentic movement, and other embodied disciplines, Anna brings grace, precision, and deep body awareness to her work. Her studies in Buddhism, Tantra, and yoga give her Shibari a contemplative, spiritually grounded quality—where movement becomes ritual and connection becomes art.
Beyond rope, Anna is a linguist, constantly exploring communication in its many forms. She is the founder and co-host of the podcast Model Behaviour and the co-founder and curator of Studio Ma, a dedicated tatami-room and Shibari space in London. As an educator, she is known for creating safe, inclusive, and playful learning environments that honour curiosity, courage, and experimentation.
Anna’s wider offerings extend into Tantra, Reiki, and intimacy coaching. Her Tantra sessions and workshops invite participants to explore sacred connection, trust, and embodied presence. As a Reiki practitioner, she offers gentle yet profound energy healing tailored to emotional and physical needs. Her intimacy and couples coaching focuses on communication, emotional depth, and relational resilience. Drawing from her personal journey with IVF and her close connection to the 12-step recovery community through her husband, Anna brings empathy, lived experience, and holistic insight to those navigating fertility or addiction-related challenges.
No matter the modality—Shibari, Tantra, Reiki, or coaching—Anna’s work is rooted in safety, compassion, and authentic connection. She is dedicated to welcoming people exactly as they are and supporting them on their unique path toward healing, intimacy, and growth.
